In Camper on Family property – Home town of Bokeelia, Florida
The Now:
- After a lot of discussion and prayer, the Lord has led us to commit to at least a year here as the Lord has planted us in the following:
- Kim accepted a position with Christian Life Academy (CLA)
- Tim accepted a volunteer staff position with Hope Fleet and is looking to use his captain’s license and boating skills for ministry.
- Tim is continuing to do web design/development and is also working as a captain for Towboat US
- The girls are in school at CLA (Evy-6th, Izy-5th, and Jessi-Kindergarten)
- We’ve been connecting with family, church family, and dear friends
- Making repairs to our truck and camper in preparation for our next trip in October to the King’s Fleet Conference in NC
Our Prayer Requests:
- to not get weighed down and distracted by the day to day of life’s demands, but to remain steadfast in the Lord.
- balance as we continue to navigate work/school schedules and still pour into our community here
Praise Reports:
- Provision: All of our passports finally showed up. It took 21 weeks for Tim’s to actually process!
- We were gifted an 18ft sailboat! It’s small, but perfect for learning to sail. (we believe this was a direct answer to prayer)
- Connections, Connections, Connections… we have been connected with so many people/ministries all over the globe these past few months. It’s exciting to hear what the Lord is doing. (more to come on this)
- The girls have transitioned well back into school and Evy & Izy will be serving in children’s ministry at church.
